To provide services related to financial modeling, following the highest industry standards and applying our experience gained from developing more than 500 models across all types of technologies worldwide.

Our team

Carlos Sánchez de León

Co-founder, CEO

Carlos is a Finance Lead with extensive experience, with over 15 years in the finance field. His previous experience includes IESE Business School, Confused.com, and Ferrovial, where he was a member of the Finance Council and the SLT, participating internationally in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, including the comparison of financial estimates against actual results.

  • Experienced member of the Finance Council and the Senior Leadership Team across several Ferrovial UK projects and within the Ferrovial Finance UK unit.
    • Finance Lead with end-to-end responsibility for all projects of a Ferrovial UK subsidiary, serving clients including Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial, and BAM Nuttall.
    • Finance Lead at Ferrovial for the HS2 EWC project (over USD 1 billion), in collaboration with BAM Nuttall and Morgan Sindall. Also involved in the Thames Tideway Tunnel project (approximately USD 2 billion), alongside Ferrovial and Laing O’Rourke.
    • Responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, including the comparison of financial estimates against actual results.
    • Implemented a new financial model control system, standardized across all projects.
    • Extensive experience in explaining and delivering training on the cost control system to all involved departments.
    • Implemented new procedures within the finance department and improved multiple processes within the newly established organization.
    • Responsible for leading the finance team on each project, as well as project management accounts, dashboards, and KPI analysis.
    • Primary point of contact for external audit, internal audit, and compliance with all Ferrovial internal controls and procedures.
    • Experience in marketing analysis activities for Confused.com, including the delivery of marketing performance reports to the Senior Leadership Team.

Pedro Larios

Co-founder

Pedro is a highly experienced financial modeler and a well-recognized trainer. His previous experience includes IESE Business School, Sigrun Partners, and Mazars, where he was involved in the analysis and valuation of companies and individual assets, and provided advisory and consulting services to international clients.

  • Provided financial modeling and advisory support to ACS across multiple projects, including Portsmouth Bypass, SH288, Windsor–Essex, and the LAX Airport APM.
    • Developed business plans for Medefer, Market Expansion Group (MEG), and NEOM Media.
    • Delivered financial modeling and bid support to Bird for an ambulatory care centre in Canada.
    • Developed an oil re-refinery financial model to analyse alternative refining technologies and financing structures.
    • Managed financial modeling projects for renewable energy and infrastructure assets and portfolios, including solar, wind, bulk liquid storage terminals, and refineries, across multiple countries such as Europe, Mexico, Argentina, Kenya, Ukraine, and Egypt.
    • Provided M&A advisory services to an international infrastructure fund on the acquisition of a hospital in Spain; to Ardian on the acquisition of four photovoltaic plants in Chile (equity value of EUR 34 million) and a photovoltaic plant in Peru (equity value of EUR 11 million).
    • Provided M&A advisory services to an international infrastructure fund on the acquisition of a photovoltaic plant in Uruguay and on the acquisition of debt in three photovoltaic plants and one concentrated solar power plant in Spain.
    • Advised a US private equity fund on the acquisition of a transmission line in Latin America.
    • Developed the financial close model for a wind farm in Ukraine for LongWing, including a syndicated loan and a mezzanine facility.
    • Advised the Enagás–Marubeni consortium during the bidding process for the BOOT concession of a regasification plant in the Middle East.
